Hot chocolate without cocoa
This recipe is recommended for people that chocolate "annoys" (it can not only have benefits!).For this recipe, we simply replace the cocoa with carob (in organic store).
Mix 8 C.at C.carob powder in a little milk, then pour the rest (1 liter in all).Add a little honey, vanilla and cinnamon.Thicken on low heat, stirring for a few minutes.
The Light version of hot chocolate
Use half-skimmed milk (1 liter, without adding cream). Also replace the pastry chocolate with 75 g of bitter cocoa degreased (rich in protein and fiber).
Mix it beforehand in a little cold milk and add 50 g of honey.
Hot chocolate rich in magnesium
Choose bitter cocoa because it is even richer in magnesium than pastry chocolate: 376 mg per 100 g.Mix it with sesame milk (sold in organic stores, brick or in the form of a powder to reconstruct) because it is also a good source of magnesium.Add 1 C.at C.wheat germ powder and mix.
Lactose -free hot chocolate
Forget milk and cream!Replace them with equivalents of vegetable origin: almond and hazelnut milks are delicious with chocolate. And rice or oats have a more cereal flavor.
