Dr. Dukan's diet has been all the rage for several years. Many women and men have embarked on this high-protein method with rapid short-term results. Concretely, it consists of four phases: attack, cruise, consolidation and stabilization.
Particularity of this formula, the only foods allowed in the first phase are animal proteins - chicken, steak, fish, eggs and dairy products. It allows you to display your progress in the diet, not in time, but in kilos. And several sites offer to make and customize your own ruler to measure your current pounds, and compare them with your starting weight and your goal.
