How to revisit the yogurt cake?
Spiced: use semi-complete or complete flour, and flavor the cake with 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon, 1 tbsp. teaspoon powdered ginger and 1/2 tsp. coffee cardamom powder.
With coconut: add the equivalent of a pot of grated coconut yoghurt and 1 egg.
With hazelnuts: replace 1 jar of flour with 1 jar of hazelnut powder. Mega-gourmet version, cut the cake horizontally once cooled and spread it with hazelnut paste...
With pineapple: place a few slices of pineapple in syrup, well drained, at the bottom of the buttered mold before pouring the batter. Once out of the oven, drizzle the cake with the equivalent of 2 jars of pineapple syrup.
With wholemeal flour: with T110 flour, this cake will have a more distinctive flavor.
