Swimming pool tightness without BISPHENOL A
Concrete swimming pools are subject to leakproofness problems due to cracking of the concrete, resulting in water losses and the risk of the reinforcement of the concrete being attacked with chemically treated water. In addition, backpressure problems may arise, caused by the water table coming from the outside.
The traditional solution
It consists of the installation of a sealing membrane (PVC) on the walls of the pool, followed by the pouring of a concrete cap with a sealing of a tile. This is a complex technique, difficult to implement, with the treatment of delicate singularities. The laying of a tile on the concrete does not ensure a waterproofing in the event of a cracking of the concrete. A complete overhaul is then required. |
