You can barely guess the 5-star hotel hidden behind the listed facades of the three 17th and 18th century buildings that once housed a coaching inn and stables. Ideally located in the heart of the Saint-Honoré district, halfway between the Opéra Garnier and the Louvre, it has thirty-two rooms, including a magnificent attic suite extended by a landscaped terrace by Louis Benech. The Charlotte de Tonnac and Hugo Sauzay tandem (Festen Architecture) and the Franck Durand design studio sign a sensitive decoration, produced by the best craftsmen: varnished oak, marmorino stucco, raw marble, moldings and coffered ceilings... A also discover the Emil brasserie in Art Deco style and the bar La Coquille d'or.

From a small neighborhood hotel, a stone's throw from rue des Abesses, interior designer Marion Collard has made a refuge 4 star bohemian chic. Lobby, bar and restaurant boast a generous decoration with powder pink, mahogany and whiskey accents, which contrasts with the softness and tranquility of the rooms in soft colors and the terrace away from the street. Most ? The suites with private garden or those in duplex with private terrace from where you can admire the sunset over the rooftops of Paris. An ideal haven for lovers of the Butte!

© Mark Seelen

It is in the heart of New Athens, in the 9th arrondissement, home to the private club Soho House, the group's 31st address, reserved exclusively for its members and their guests. Behind the facades of a beautiful 19th century private mansion, once inhabited by Jean Cocteau's grandparents, nestles a patio topped with a glass roof and furnished with rattan chairs and benches with floral prints (Pierre Frey), as well as a terrace with a swimming pool and sun loungers. Upstairs, thirty-six rooms exude an Art Deco-inspired charm. In the basement, "prohibition atmosphere" with a cabaret and a bar with an intimate atmosphere with its stretched pleated ceiling. Sookie, it rocks a lot!

It is in a retro spirit of fifties inspiration that the duo of interior designers Daphné Desjeux and Dorothée Delaye (today separated ) imagined the thirty-one rooms of this new address in the Haut-Marais. Fans of the furniture of the Italian designer Gianfranco Frattini (1926-2004), they designed many pieces: turned wooden headboards, velvet benches, cracked ceramic sconces... Wrapped in a shades of warm hues, vintage pieces found in Puces de Saint-Ouen complete the decor. For those who are just passing through, a breakfast or an “aperitivo” at the coffee-shop are already worth the detour!
