The manufacturer of polyurethane foam insulation panels Iko Enertherm presents its new thermo-acoustic solution for the insulation of floors under screed, floating slab or paving.
Dedicated to the insulation of the floors of housing or offices, in new buildings as in renovation, the Iko Enertherm screed TG panel is distinguished by a double acoustic and thermal performance (lambda of 22). Consisting of a rigid polyisocyanurate foam core 100% CFC, HCFC or HFC free, it is available in 13 thicknesses from 25 to 140 mm.

Its sound reduction rate, 20 dB(A) for thicknesses from 54 mm, validated by the FCBA, is the most efficient for polyurethane panels without acoustic underlay. It can reach 22 and 23 dB, with the addition of an underlay such as Asourchape 20 or Tramichape Eco Pro.
The panel displays, in thickness of 54 mm, a thermal resistance of 2.45 m².K/W, certified Acermi. 140 mm thick, with an R of 6.45 m².K/W, it is suitable on the ground floor against an unheated underground car park or a crawl space.
Quick and easy installation
Iko Enertherm TG screed is compatible with all underfloor heating-cooling, hydraulic and electric under technical approval. Its kraft-aluminum facing on both sides, gas-tight and moisture-resistant, adapts to all screeds on the market (DTU 26.2/52.10 or under ATec). It is classified SC1 a2 Ch (from 30 to 105 mm) and SC1 a3 Ch (from 110 to 140 mm).
With dimensions of 1200 x 1000 mm, light (density ± 32 kg/m³), free of underlay, it is installed quickly. Its 100 x 100 mm grid facilitates the cutting and positioning of tubes. In renovation, its low thickness is suitable in case of low height of the door threshold.
