Focal declines its hi-fi speaker Aria K2 936 in library and central formats
The speakers of the K2 models thus put aside the flax membrane made of linen fiber of the “very short” models, to use a material called K2 Power, which consists of a light mousse sandwich between a layer of fiber of fiberglass and a layer of aramid fiber.It is the latter that gives the characteristic yellow finish to the membranes.Such a design would ensure purity and sound precision as well as an ideal scale between damping, rigidity and lightness.The main speaker retains its size of 16.5 cm.The tweeter is identical between the two ranges.
On the design side, although they take up the template, the arrangement of the speakers and the leather facade of the Aria “very short” range, the Aria K2 speakers differ by the finish of their cheeks.They are indeed available in a single color called Ash Gray which was previously reserved for the Utopia range, the most prestigious of Focal.
