Already a few days after birth, your child begins to identify its environment. “The baby seeks to establish links of cause and effect, and creates expectations, on the functioning of the world. It is an essential need for the child to discover the regularities” declares the qualified psychologist of Hamburg, Renate Barth. “Parents can use this behavior to build a daily routine,” advises the expert.
Because routine has its advantages for the child and for the parents: the baby does not need to constantly spend his energy ordering his little universe, but can instead use his intellectual capacities for their development: "In known ground, we are more confident,” says Professor Gerald Hüter, brain researcher in Göttingen. “It banishes uncertainties and brings the baby into a state of deep harmony. An ideal basis for new perceptions and creativity.”
Parents will be relieved, because children who know the habits, sleep better and often at specific times.
